# European Union of Women Marina Alta

> A registered NGO advocating for women's rights, equality and community in the Marina Alta region of Alicante, Spain. We run events, publish articles, and provide resources including emergency support information for women experiencing domestic violence.

The European Union of Women Marina Alta (EUWMA) is part of the wider European Union of Women network. We are a group of women from diverse backgrounds working together to raise awareness of women's issues, support one another, and contribute positively to our community through cultural, educational and awareness-raising activities.
